IoT Customer Success Engineer

We are on the quest to find a new team member for our team in Valencia or Budapest, who will professionally lead our customers towards successful projects with our IoT platform.

Basic Requirements

  • Engineering background
  • Good overview of IoT technologies
  • Systematic, analytical thinking
  • Remote access to Linux machines, bash, ssh
  • Sound understanding of web services
  • Internet protocols: HTTP, MQTT, TLS, etc.

Other Relevant Requirements

  • LoRa & LoRaWAN
  • Embedded Linux administration
  • Agile development methods (JIRA)
  • Lean methodology (build - measure - learn)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Holder of (at least) a bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field, or have an equivalent (3+ years), demonstrable, relevant work experience
  • Young, spirited, energetic, easy-going person
  • Interested in Internet of Things, gadgets, and technology in general
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset and can be put to good use

  • Help our key clients solve technical problems
  • Professionally report to software development team
  • Participate in improving detailed technical and functional documentation
  • Play active role in the agile development team
  • Review customer feedback
