Social Media & Performance Marketing Associate

We are recruiting a Social Media & Performance Marketing Associate to be part of our marketing team, to contribute managing LORIOT’s online presence to reach our brand's goals and, ultimately, contribute to the growth of the company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this junior role (up to 3 years of experience), you will manage and create content for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with the distinct identities of our two brands (LORIOT and IoT Sparks ). You will collaborate closely with the team to develop strategic campaigns, engage with audiences, and drive growth through performance-driven initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the fast-evolving IoT sector and advance your marketing expertise.

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (native proficiency preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and able to express our company’s views creatively
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter; Instagram is a plus)
  • Experience with advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and basic graphic design templates
  • Interest in IoT or tech-related industries is a strong advantage.

Other Relevant Requirements

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Ads, campaign optimization)
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Prior experience in editorial planning and content strategy
  • Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Create and publish engaging text content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and (potentially) Instagram
  • Adapt communication styles for LORIOT and IoT Sparks, ensuring brand alignment
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with other brands
  • Assist with long-form content creation such as blog posts, use cases, and newsletters
  • Use graphic templates to support posts (visual production is not required)
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

2. Editorial Planning & Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with the team to define and maintain the social media editorial calendar
  • Support in planning and executing LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Generate reports and suggest optimizations
  • Support Google Ads campaigns with copywriting and configuration

3. Event & Partner Management:

  • Contribute to the organization and promotion of our IoT Sparks event
  • Build and develop relationships with partners as the role evolves
